Bookings Rallies during 2026

All bookings for 2026 rallies should be made by telephoning our dedicated
rally hotline on 07933 804135, or in person at a previous rally.

Deposit payments can be made by direct bank transfer, cheque, or if booking in person at a previous rally by cash or card.

If paying by direct transfer pleaase use the following details:

Accnt No. 01735322

if your online banking asks for an account name use "East Midlands Group"

Please use a payment reference of your surname followed by rally name i.e. 'Thompson-Springfield' some banks restrict the number of characters but as long as you have your surname and the first three or four characters of the rally, we'll be able to tie up your payment with your booking.

If you are paying on behalf of somebody else then please inform us by phone or e-mail to avoid confusion.
Rally Stewards Wanted


IF WE DONT HAVE STEWARDS, THEN WE WILL HAVE NO OPTION
BUT TO CANCEL RALLIES.


We still do not have stewards for many of our rallies. It is not a difficult job and in some cases is only a matter of parking up the motorhomes on arrival. if you are willing to have a go but feel unsure, we can arrange for you to share the task with a more experienced steward. Please speak to a committee member if you would like further help to decide if you could do it.
