Temporary Campsite, Wainfleet 24 - 27 June 2021
14 vans attended the rally all East Midlands.Weather was warm but overcast. On Thursday evening the stewards put on a quiz which Enid and Keith won and this was followed by Rob and Eddie entertaining us with background music. On Friday some members walked into the pretty village of Wainfleet to have something to eat or to do some shopping. In the evening there was a quiz which was won by John and Glynis. On Saturday a few members caught the bus into sunny Skegness for fish and chips or to just wander round the shops. In the evening there was another pot luck quiz which yet again was won by our quiz experts John and Glynis followed by a Rob and Eddie singalong. We all gathered on Sunday morning for a bring your own coffee morning and chat before going on our journey home. All these activities were done under social distancing rules.
Many thanks to our stewards Pete, Debs, Joyce and Les who did an excellent job. It was Pete and Debs first time as rally stewards and they said they thoroughly enjoyed it.
