Rally Report
Bakewell 12 - 16 August 2022
Beautiful sunny weather welcomed 62 vans some of which were visitors from other groups. Friday evening the Chairperson welcomed the new members and visitors. We then gathered to play bingo and get raffle tickets from Jane. Sat and chatted the night away.
Saturday was a free day to visit Bakewell or walk or bike on the Monsal Trial. In the evening we met and Joyce had prepared a quiz which was won by Bob and Tom and then played the dice game.
Sunday morning the ralliers met for a coffee morning and the raffle was drawn by Jane and Paul. In the evening there was another general knowledge quiz won by Robin followed by sing-a-long entertainment by Eddie and Rob. The evening ended by members sat drinking and having a chat.
Monday morning members went into Bakewell to look around the market and shops. Thanks to the stewards Les, Joyce, Ken, Liz, Stan and Pauline who helped to make it a good weekend.
