Rally Report
Beckingham Rally 7-9 October 2022
21 vans attended the rally at Beckingham Village Hall. They arrived in very wet weather but were welcomed by the stewards Brian, Paul, Jane and Yvonne. It had been arranged for fish and chips to be delivered and some members took the advantage of this so they didn’t have to cook tea. Very nice they were too! The rally was opened by the Chairperson, then Paul and Jane sold bingo and raffle tickets. Bingo played then members played a game of Scattergories. This game always gets the members in a competitive mood. The evening was finished by playing the dice game.
On Saturday there was a coffee morning, then members went for a walk or caught a bus into Gainsborough to do some shopping. Other members walked to the nearby garden centre for their lunch.
Saturday evening Brian had prepared a table quiz which got the members thinking, (it was so quiet in the hall) and then it was time for the karaoke. Finished the evening with dancing.
After the coffee morning on Sunday, Paul and Jane drew the raffle and then the rally was closed. Yvonne.
